As a Customer Support Associate, you will work on creating excellent customer experiences for GrowthBar customers. You’ll work closely with cofounders, SEOs, and engineers.
What you’ll do
- Maintain relationships with key customers to establish a thorough understanding of their business needs and how GrowthBar products can best serve the needs of their business
- Run demos, prospecting campaigns, and manage customer inquiries
- Identify and quantify key metrics, increase ROI for our customers through adoption of appropriate features and best practices
- Provide support to customers by demonstrating product expertise and guiding them with best practices
- Manage GrowthBar and founder social media
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 1 year in a SaaS ****customer success role, working recently with large enterprise customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solutions-oriented problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - you care about people and are passionate about helping others
- Self-starter and excited to work in an ever-changing environment
- A willingness to collaborate and learn a ton from industry veterans who have spent a combined 25 years in technology
